“ I was craving Vietnamese cuisine and checked on Yelp, as to which one is the best that Shreveport had to offer. One business popped up and that was Pham's. I was interested in the high yelp rating. After sightseeing in downtown Shreveport for a morning, I was tired and decided to have lunch at around 1:00pm. I called an Uber after not wanting to wait around for a public bus, which was free at the time. I got here around 1:15pm on a casual Friday afternoon. There were not much people here dining in so I had a good pick as to where I wanted to sit. I ended up seeing in the back room, which had plenty of space for me to spread out and enjoy myself. I probably spend about a good hour or so here eating and just enjoying my vacation in Shreveport, Louisiana up to this point. I ended up getting the summer rolls and the combination Pho. That's usually my go-to ordering with Vietnamese food. I believe that I ordered extra noodles as well, which ended up being on a separate dish. I had to dump it into the broth so it can mix well with everything else in the bowl. I asked that they bring everything all at once, which they did. I sampled the summer rolls first with the peanut sauce. Peanut sauce with the siracha sauce is always divine for me. I was so glad that they had it so readily available. My dining experience was essentially served with friendliness and professionalism. I enjoyed the service and it was definitely a nice place to be when you want something that you know I love so much. Vietnamese Food is one of my top 3 favorites, so it was great to find a top rated authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Shreveport, Louisiana all places. Someone told me previously that Vietnamese people migrated everywhere in the United States, so you could find Pho anywhere in the country these days. I don't doubt that, but that is a cool thing to remember. The over experience here at Pham's Vietnamese restaurant in Shreveport, Louisiana was decided to be good and above average. I'm glad that I found this place because it was a very delicious and satisfying meal for me. Definitely a place that I would want to go back to if I'm ever in the area of Shreveport Louisiana again. I found that the broth was definitely intricate and soothing. I enjoyed the noodles also because It's what it is in terms of art and life with Vietnamese cuisine. The restaurant itself was very clean and quite inviting actually. They also have restrooms, which was also great because when you're traveling, you never know where the next one will be. For the most part though, it was great that the diaspora of Vietnamese cuisine ended up here in Shreveport Louisiana. It was great that I had traditional authentic Vietnamese beef noodle soup, and it was very filling and definitely well deserved, after doing marathons around the country. I was also here because not only lunch, but I was carb loading for a race in Keithville the next day. I need that energy from this type of carbohydrate source and it's also very delicious too. The broth itself is also salty, which I also needed. Clearly, we miss cuisine is to go to source for marathons. Well, maybe this marathoner lol. And so, if you love Vietnamese cuisine and in the Shreveport, Louisiana area, consider coming here to this one. They would be glad to have you here. Such friendly and quick service! Pham's Vietnamese restaurant is located at 3544 Youree Drive in shreveport, Louisiana. They accept major credit cards and cash as well. If you are like me, you can take the public bus here, which is free in 2024. I'm not sure if it will change in the near future or not. Just double check those to make sure you have the right one to get here. As for parking though, your best bet would be to find street parking wherever you can find it. And there's always Uber and Lyft services if you decide to use them, which I did when I was here in Shreveport on a casual November day in 2024. And so, if you feel the need for lunch and want to get your Vietnamese food fix for the day, consider coming to Pham's Vietnamese restaurant for a good time and good food. The ambiance is nice and quiet, depending on when you come in. It was a nice quiet one for me and a definite oasis for anyone and everyone who wants to dine here. The prices here are on par with other Vietnamese restaurants I've visited in the past in other places. The menu is good and quite extensive. 4.0 stars for the overall experience. Support local! B ”
“ Solid spot! Very friendly owner and authentic Vietnamese flavors. The Pho is amazing as well as the curries. ”
“ Great place to go for some quick food! The service was very quick, and very friendly! Since this place is located within, I believe what used to be a house, the seating area is very homely and comfortable for a restaurant. You will order at the main counter, and they will take the food to you once it's ready. You serve your own water through a dispense. I ordered the Pham's special, and I was very pleased with what I got. Very flavorful, and very filling. This was probably one of the better banh mi I've had. I do think that the fries contributed to its amount of food, so I wish it was cheaper but otherwise I'm not complaining. This is a solid restaurant to check out for sure! ”
“ EXCELLENT PHÓ! Not busy at all around 4p Sunday timeframe. Heard a few call in To-Go orders while we were there. You order at the front but can take the menus to the table to decide. The egg rolls were pretty close to authentic (like my grandma makes) Each of the Phós were beyond delicious! Broth to noodle ratio was on point. The Mango Boba was so good! Service was friendly and quick. The atmosphere was charming and quiet. Definitely hitting the place up again in the future. ”
“ I love finding places like this. I had a craving for spring rolls and peanut sauce while in Shreveport and I found the perfect spot! Also pictured , shrimp Pho, pork dumplings , honeydew melon boba, and matcha boba. It's just so welcoming and homey here. Definitely worth the stop and I'll be back ! ”
“ I've only been here a couple times, and had the most delicious Bánh mì. I forgot to take a photo because it was so tasty. ”
“ What a cute little restaurant! Perfect for our family of 12. Quick access to the freeway! Springroll pork and shrimp - 9/10 Crab rangoons - 7/10 I think it was real crabs! Chicken fingers - 8/10 kids gave it two thumbs up Salmon bowl - 9/10 love all the ingredients and salmon was cooked to perfection Pho- 6/10 broth was sweet Customer service 10/10! Thanks for taking care of us while we pass through Shreveport! ”
“ I went here because I was looking for a place to eat that was not inside a casino since I did not have anymore food comps from the casino. I ended up doing takeout and ended up getting the following 1. Beef Sandwich $10.95 2. Lychee yogurt drink $6.99 3. Vermicelli rice dish 4. Crawfish rangoon Overall, the bill came up to be $42 dollars which is quite high for Vietnamese food and for what you get. The yogurt drink was not big and was a 12 ounces full of ice so I drank that quickly. Sandwich was not big, but it came out juicy though so it does get really messy and I was still hungry. Still feel ripped off with it being $11 dollars though. My wife enjoyed here food which is great. Overall, I probably come here again knowing what I know. But I will probably try something else next time. ”
“ We moved to the area a little over a month ago, it's been pretty tough trying to find restaurants to compare to what we are use to. I browsed Yelp! to find Asian restaurants, specifically Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, and Thai. This restaurant popped up having great reviews, so it was on my list to try. Great day last night after watching outdoor soccer with freezing temperatures. Customer service was awesome, the gentleman who took our order was very kind, and patient with it being our first time there. He didn't really recommend any dish, but since we kinda of knew what to order we went with that. Lots on the menu, sandwiches, pho, pad thai, curry, bibimpap etc., for us we ordered two Combination Pho, which was a pretty decent serving. We also ordered a Brisket Pho for my daughter. For myself, I ordered the chicken pad thai, and we also order spring rolls. All our dishes definitely satisfied our cravings. The chicken pad thai was a little to sweet for me, and the noodles a little overcooked, but I would still purchase it again, my family agrees. All in all our dine in experience here was good, ambiance good too! ”
